Coconut Chia Chocolate mousse with almonds and dried fruits topped with red berry jam

 

Day 2 Saturday

Mornings

Green detox smoothie Cucumber, kale, spirulina, apple, lemon Fresh fruit Tea and lemon water

 

Brunch

Standards Coffee, tea, juice, home made bread & crackers, fruit salad, different dips, guacamole or sliced avocados, homemade granola, homemade almond milk, homemade oat milk, coconut milk

Variations homemade yam and nut butters, salads, grilled or steamed veggies, smoothie bowl, sprouted bircher muesli, chia pudding, porridge with tahini milk, pancakes, açai bowl, scrambled tofu, coconut yogurt

Light Summer Minestrone with colourful veggies, fresh herbs and lemony touch & homemade pesto Veggie Tarte with blueberry quinoa salad Olives and Dips
